With five years’ experience in disability with Holistic Horizons Phil has seen the company grow from a small family run business to where we are now. He has a strong desire to see that personalised service delivery that Holistic Horizons is known for continued.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Genetics and a minor in Biochemistry and many years of service experience in Retail and Hospitality with management and training skills in those industries. For eight years he owned and operated my own cafes giving me a unique insight in to the requirements of running a business.
Continuing his passion for helping people he has a Certificate 4 in Mental Health which he believes further strengthens his ability to provide personalised, empathetic support not only to our participants but also in his role as a Team Leader supporting the Support Workers here at Holistic Horizons.
