Vanda has spent her career working in Logistics and Workforce Planning within the Aviation sector; and the last few years, in the Disability sector. In her role as Rostering Manager, Vanda’s focus has always been to ensure the right carer is assigned - with the right skills, in a timely manner.
Vanda's role may, from time to time, utilise her skills and experience such as in selective recruitment processes to help identify new Support Workers.
Our clients can have confidence that the Support Worker they match to has been carefully selected with client needs and wants front of mind.
