With more than five years experience in disability support with Holistic Horizons, Phil has seen the company grow from a small family run business to a well-respected industry leader. Phil has a strong commitment to ensuring personalised service delivery that Holistic Horizons is known for, continues to grow and improve.
Phil holds a Bachelor in Science (Genetics) degree. He has many years of service experience, mostly in Retail and Hospitality with a strong emphasis on management and training. For eight years Phil owned and operated cafes, giving him a unique insight into the requirements of running a business as well as communicating with residents and visitors to the Recliffe Peninsula. Some of Holistic Horizon's clients were known to have frequented Phil's cafe to enjoy a doughnut and a chat.
Continuing his passion for helping people. Phil recently completed a Certificate IV in Mental Health. He believes this further strengthens his ability to provide personalised, empathetic support. These skills will have wide benefits, appreciated by Holistic Horizon participants as well as workers under his Team Leadership.
